This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Our property is a former farmhouse and its outbuildings have been converted into 5 independent cottages, in a natural, quiet setting surrounded by the forest with a lovely view of Champfleur. You will stay in a house independent of ours, enjoy a terrace adjoining the accommodation and can enjoy our entire garden, play areas...

Located at the European Horse Center and surrounded by a pretty stream, this cottage is a great place to rest. Horse riding friends, you will be two minutes from your horse's stall during competitions. The legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is a 15-minute drive. I am delighted to welcome you for a stay in this place as peaceful as it is magical.

In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside.
