There is also a separate bedroom (140X200 bed), a bathroom with a shower and toilet. 10 minutes from the zoo, the lakes of La Monnerie, the pool, the city center... 45 minutes from Angers, Le Mans (the 24h) and 1 hour from Laval and Tours.
