Nice and functional place to stay. Ideal for fully living the 24h of Le Mans motorbike, car close to the convenient tram Pleasant and responsive host. I would this property.

Excellent stay, quiet! The pool is small but very nice, the view of the lake is idyllic. The house is clean and functional. Attention the two bedrooms follow one another, so you have to go through one to reach the other. And finally, maybe there was a little lack of dishes (just a small stove for example) but overall it was a beautiful stay!

What a beautiful place to stay! We had a wonderful stay, the house was spacious, well equipped and just perfect. The pool and surrounding areas were lovely. Very quiet location, but lots to do in surrounding areas. We would absolutely return. Many thanks

Ideal accommodation for visiting Le Mans, close to the center. Very well equipped and comfortable, quiet in a beautiful garden, beautiful decor. Great welcome and very good exchange ( reservation, schedules, parking...) Everything was perfect.

Nelly is very friendly and speaks English very helpful to us as our French is poor. Lovely to sit by the pool & walk in the grounds of the house. We walked into Le Mans. Beautiful city, had a lovely meal visited the river. Also toured the local area and visited Fresnay-sur-Sarthe. Would like to go back.
