Accessible by a staircase and with no overlooking neighbours, it has a private garden, also with no overlooking neighbours, with a table and chairs, a parasol, a coffee table, deckchairs and a barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from 22 June to 8 September this year, 2026, and is shared with us (who use it very little), with guests always having priority.
