Lit king size de 180x200. Belle pièce à vivre tout équipée. Douche à l’italienne. Grande terrasse plein ouest, avec salon de jardin et table à manger. La Berthussie

La Berthusie is situated at the edge of Cussac a village in the Perigord/ limousine nature reserve. Peaceful and spacious it can easily host a family of 8 and more if needed. The house is surrounded by a vast garden, fruit trees, a chestnut orchard and a lovely pond. The village supermarket is a short walking distance from the house and so are the boulangerie, a cafe- restaurant/ pharmacie and the weekly market square. The area offres Soft hills, Lakes, historical sites, walking trails.

Au coeur de notre élevage d’ alpagas venez découvrir ce fascinant camélidé . Les amoureux des animaux pourront câliner les ânes, chèvres, chevaux miniatures et moutons nez noir du valais en toute liberté , alors que les passionnés de pêche pourront s'exercer à la carpe et au brochet sur nos 3 étangs. Une visite privée de la ferme ainsi que le nourrissage des alpagas durant 1h vous sera offerte. Vous pourrez vivre un moment privilégié et inoubliable de zénitude à côté de nos alpagas .
