You will stay in a 28 m² studio, located on the 1st floor in a residence of 4 apartments, consisting of a living room with a seating area and kitchen, furnished and equipped, a bedroom area separated by a claustra, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Fully renovated and soundproofed accommodation. Access to a shared courtyard (between the 4 apartments), with lounge area.

This townhouse offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is located in a quiet area close to the city center with free and easy parking. The house has been completely renovated, priority to comfort, volume and low energy consumption (B label). It consists of 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two bathrooms to accommodate 6 people. The decoration I did is chic, modern and colorful, embellished with books and some LEGO, of which I am a fan :)

A small renovated single-storey house located in the heart of Poinçonnet, close to all amenities and shops. It is located at the bottom of a long plot that is away from the noises of the city. The place is located 3 km from Châteauroux, close to the Domaniale forest, ideal for walking or cycling. 2 km away is the Margotière sports complex with the stadium and 10 km away is the La Martinerie sports shooting center.
