Petit gîte entre terre et mer

Dans un petit hameau très calme entre Dinan (20 mn) et Saint Malo (15 mn), le gîte est un studio totalement indépendant sur notre propriété. Accessible par un escalier et sans vis à vis, il dispose d’un jardin privatif, lui aussi sans aucun vis à vis, avec table et chaises, parasol, table basse, transats, barbecue. La piscine, chauffée à 28 degrés, est ouverte du 22 juin au 8 septembre cette année 2026 et partagée avec nous (qui y allons très peu), les voyageurs restant toujours prioritaires .

Charmante petite maison, idéalement située entre Rennes et St Malo. Ideal pour 2 mais peut accommoder 3/4 avec canape lit (enfants/ ado). Petit pour 4 adultes. Cadre pittoresque, en pleine campagne avec jardin et terrasse privee. Maison independante faisant partie d'une ancienne ferme Bretonne. Nous habitons la maison a cote. Parfait pour ceux en quête de nature, authenticite et calme. Veuillez noter la presence d' un chien et un chat sur la propriete ( Rio et Charly ). Accueil en personne.
