Monthly Rentals in Le Vaulmier

We had a great weekend at this beautiful cottage in Cantal with 8 adults and 5 children. Despite the rain, we were able to enjoy the beautiful setting. We had a little oven problem but Nicolas was very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend!

We had a very pleasant week in August with our 3 children (16, 13 and 11 years old). We were hot inside (be sure to follow the advice to leave the shutters closed) but outside there was a magnificent view of the mountains! A quiet and relaxing environment with a large dining table, 2 sun loungers, as well as 2 small tables, ideal for breakfasts and much appreciated breaks. In the village (1 km away) there is a grocery store with a bread supply and a good welcoming restaurant. For big shopping trips, head to Mauriac, a 20-minute drive away. Very well-equipped accommodation, very good hospitality, good bedding and a renovation done with taste and care!

Very pleasant week spent in the March Valley. Beautiful walks on the ridges of the Cantal Mountains. Home in a beautiful setting. Thanks to Dominique and Jean-François for hosting us.

The listing was well-equipped and as described. The views are fantastic. Calm assured, perfect for relaxing. Special mention for the fireplace, so pleasant as an atmosphere. Annabelle was very responsive. Thank you to your husband who gave us great tips for discovering the region. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
