Ideally located, you will be just a few minutes from the bay and its famous mussel and oyster farms, and around 20 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo or Cancale. This cosy and authentic property can accommodate up to 4 guests and provides the perfect setting for a stay with family or friends, between the sea and the countryside. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook in comfort (oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), opening onto a cosy dining area. The cosy lounge, equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi, will allow you to unwind after your days of exploration. Outside, a pleasant terrace awaits you, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can enjoy the beautiful Breton evenings. Upstairs, the property has two bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed one bedroom with two single beds A bathroom with a shower completes the first floor. For your convenience, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, storage space, and facilities for children (travel cot, high chair, toys and books). Important information: Household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels) is not included in the booking. It is offered as an option and must be booked at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. You can also bring your own bed linen. Small house ideally located in the bay between Mt St-Michel (37 km) and Cancale, small picturesque Breton port (12 km), 15 min from St Malo (beautiful fortified city facing the sea), 20 min from Dinard (pretty seaside resort) and 30 min from Dinan (charming medieval city). Bakery 150 m away, small supermarket and train station in the village. Beautiful beaches 12 km away. Bike paths nearby. At 3 km, you can reach the shingle for walks, shore fishing or swimming at high tide!

All rooms have exceptional sea views Guests can take advantage of the living room (fully equipped kitchen, living room, lounge) and bathroom (walk-in shower) on the ground floor.
