This cosy and authentic property can accommodate up to 4 guests and provides the perfect setting for a stay with family or friends, between the sea and the countryside. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook in comfort (oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), opening onto a cosy dining area. The cosy lounge, equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi, will allow you to unwind after your days of exploration. Outside, a pleasant terrace awaits you, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can enjoy the beautiful Breton evenings. Upstairs, the property has two bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed one bedroom with two single beds A bathroom with a shower completes the first floor. For your convenience, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, storage space, and facilities for children (travel cot, high chair, toys and books). Important information: Household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels) is not included in the booking. Each accommodation can be rented separately or together. A wellness area, located separately, is offered as an option and by reservation: jacuzzi, sauna and hammam.
