Located on the lakefront, beautiful view from all the rooms of the house, convenient to all services (cafes, restaurants, promenade and beach). Located in the old part of the lakefront, the apartment is accessible only through a small pedestrian street with steps (100 meters from the lakefront road).

New apartment, built and furnished in a modern style with private car parking. Kitchen and living room are in open space and very bright. From the terrace you can directly reach the beach of the lake and children's play area. At less than 5 minutes on foot you can reach the other beach of Abbadia Lariana, train station, and hiking path: "Sentiero del Viandante". Shops, pharmacy, bars and restaurants are very close to the apartment, at 10-15 minutes on foot.
