It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

Our property Alba e Tramonto hosts 2 apartments that can be rented also togheter and is located in a privileged position overlooking the Bellagio promontory and the lake. It enjoys continuous sun exposure throughout the day and the view needs no comment: it is simply breathtaking. Alba e Tramonto is immersed in nature, surrounded by a nice garden with olives and cypresses trees. In a quiet location with a terrace from which to enjoy a splendid view of the Gulf of Lugano and Monte San Salvatore, this spacious, bright and refined apartment is located in a strategic area 10 minutes from the Lake, the LAC, the Center, the Station, the highway (Como is 40 km away and Milan 80 km). Restaurants, museums and cafes are within walking distance, comfortably by bus thanks to the stop a couple of minutes away or by Citybike, whose station is very close to the apartment.

Summer rental of a nice apartment in Malgrate, Lake Lecco. Perfect for a couple: a double bedroom, living/relaxation room, kitchen and bathroom. Minimum stay: two nights. Located on the lakefront, beautiful view from all the rooms of the house, convenient to all services (cafes, restaurants, promenade and beach). Located in the old part of the lakefront, the apartment is accessible only through a small pedestrian street with steps (100 meters from the lakefront road).
