The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.
