Really great place to stay. Parking close by and easy walking distance to the centre. The whole place was very cosy with lots of great features. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment, very tastefully decorated, with everything you need for a few nights away from home. We stayed over Christmas while visiting family in the village. There were lots of little touches within the apartment that were greatly appreciated and made our stay very comfortable and Jayne even left us a card and some Christmas treats! Communication was excellent and Jayne was a great host! We would love to stay again!

Stayed here for a work break and it was the perfect location. The flat is super quiet, which made it ideal for online meetings on Zoom and Teams – the internet connection was reliable throughout my stay. Since I spent a lot of time indoors, I really appreciated how cosy and comfortable it was, making it an excellent base. The cleanliness was outstanding – I was so impressed, I even hoovered a few times myself to keep it spotless! York is a lovely city that I visit a couple of times a year, and this flat definitely made my stay even more enjoyable. I also felt quite safe as a woman on my own there and walking around in the local area. I highly recommend this flat!

Jonathon was an amazing host. He was responsive, friendly and attentive. The flat looked just like in the photos. It had all of the amenities you could possibly need, as well as some complimentary treats for the guests to enjoy. The location was simply perfect. There were lots of restaurants, pubs, shops, cafes, etc. nearby and everything was within walking distance. The flat was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the interior was modern, cozy and inviting. There isn’t a single con I can name when it comes to the flat. We absolutely loved our stay, as well as communicating with Jonathon. We would definitely book the flat again for future visits. Thank you for being such an amazing host, Jonathon, and for allowing guests to stay at your fantastic place!

Lovely minimalist ground floor apartment is a lovely area of Harrogate. Easy walk to Harrogate centre. Free on street parking with Parking permits (left in apartment with clear instructions).

Excellent service here. Lovely clean accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay - lovely soft towels - warm and cozy. Phil is a lovely friendly host. What’s not to like! Would certainly book again. Instructions for getting in were straight forward absolutely no hassle- felt very at home. Parking right outside.

We had a lovely stay, at Anne & Phil's. Anne was welcoming and warm, the place was exactly as described, the location was peaceful, but also within a minute walk to local pubs and co-op. During the days we went for lovely walks, to Uppermill and also visited the historic Fort. Will definitely return.

Lovely annexe, wonderful view. Fantastic facilities, everything you need including an airfryer! Great hosts. The bed was so comfortable. Lots of attention to detail with basics in the fridge, tea and coffee, bread. Would thoroughly recommend.

My travel plans were cancelled due to a Red Weather Warning & 100mph winds - luckily my friend also staying at the property didn’t suffer cancelled trains, etc like I did. Kerry showed absolutely understanding of the situation, and my friend enjoyed their stay.

The flat itself is lovely, and the view is spectacular. There are huge pictures windows that look out over fields and Otley village. Waking up to mist-covered green spaces was magical.

This really is a beautiful apartment ! A perfect location for Harrogate, lovely walk across to the park, town and all the wonderful restaurants, cafes and bakery’s nearby. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, all in a spotless condition making it a very comfortable stay. Sally has been great in providing us with all the required details and access. Absolutely brilliant apartment, in a lovely peaceful estate with shops and restaurants a short walk away. The apartment felt newly decorated and everything was in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. The addition of a parking space is great. The decor is very unique and brilliantly done - the owner has a great imagination! Will definitely book again.

We were absolutely delighted with Tom’s apartment Beautifully designed, decorated and very high spec Lots of room , big, comfy sofas, fabulous kitchen, spacious bedrooms and lovely views over the town Very convenient.. we are elderly and it took around 8 minutes to walk to the centre The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood with free parking in the next street I look forward to staying here again.. wouldn’t look anywhere else It was perfect!

Wonderfully peaceful location within easy reach of a myriad of local attractions. Jeni & Roger are excellent hosts with a plethora of recommendations, even booking dinner for us on our first night! Tremendous value for money and waking up to snow across the fields and woodland was the icing on the cake.

Spacious flat with everything you could need for a stay. Location is central but quiet. Free parking always a bonus in York. Such a lovely host, flexible and happy to help. Directions were very clear as the sat nav struggled to find the flat. Warm and cosy flat. Thank you.

Beautiful apartment. Immaculately clean. One of the few times something looks as good as the photos! Had a minor issue with hot water but the host addressed it swiftly.

Great location perfect for 2 nights whilst the kids camped round the corner at Bradley Wood's. Easy access to the town centre (assuming you don't mind hills!)
