Very nice wooden house of 85 m2, located in a very quiet area in Arès (dead end), close to the beaches and shops, including: 3 bedrooms with cupboards, a separate toilet, a double sink bathroom with real walk-in shower, a large living room of 35 m2 serving a large wooden terrace facing south overlooking the enclosed garden of 420 m2, as well as the necessary outdoor equipment (table and chairs, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue)! Beautiful cabin built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the basin and the old oyster refining basins at its feet. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune", which refers to an observation platform installed at the top of the ships' mast. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool.
