Apartment below our accommodation, on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms, with two terraces, heated pool, 25 degrees from April to November, on a large park of 2400 m2, which is rare in this location and gives it a discreet and wonderful charm. With its centuries-old pine trees, hidden in the greenery, the suite is a 2-minute walk from Eyrac beach and 5 minutes from Arcachon city center: its restaurants, shops, entertainment, enjoy your vacation without a car... or traffic!

The studio has a small exterior that is not overlooked. It is not large, 15 m2 downstairs and 7 m2 in the low mezzanine under the ceiling (1.30 m at the highest).
