From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the three Kaiserberge and nature right on your doorstep. Despite the quiet location, you have a very good connection to the B29 and are only a 10-minute walk from the train station.

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

The very well equipped apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible via a staircase with separate entrance. The sunny 3 room apartment has 85 square meters, a balcony with a magnificent view of the Rosenstein.
