Holiday rentals with lake access in Leipheim

Honestly Claudia's place must be one of the best AirBnBs I've ever stayed in; perfectly proportioned, bed was magic, kitchen had just everything you'd need, garden was beautiful. Sitting area was perfectly cozy. Location-wise, it was without fault: gorgeous area, beautiful views, 3 very good restaurants within walking distance and a takeaway that did absolutely everything (even the pizza was great), and the village shop was fantastic. Claudia herself looked after us perfectly - great recommendations (especially Bad Saulgau and Bad Buchau - absolutely amazing) and I got to soak in my favourite hot frothy water in both locations. It feels like it's only half an hour from anywhere interesting (maybe a bit more for Friedrichshafen). Fantastic weather helped too, but it was amazing.

Wir waren sehr happy und haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Jomo war immer zu erreichen.

Eine besonders tolle Unterkunft, vor allem wenn man mit Kindern anreist und Tiere mag. Der Wohlfühlfaktor ist sofort vorhanden, die Unterkunft ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Zudem ist die Lage top. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an fast wie Zuhause gefühlt und die Tage sehr genossen! Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden, selbst wenn man zu sechst anreist.

Mit seiner direkten Lage am Feldrand in unmittelbarer Nähe zum See hatte das Gasthaus eine sehr gute Lage für uns und unseren Hund. Wir blieben eine Nacht und waren auf der Durchreise, dabei war alles sauber und die Gastgeber sehr nett. Abends haben wir dort leckeren Salat und Flammkuchen gegessen - sehr zu empfehlen.

Beautiful house which just worked for us. Great indoor & outdoor spaces, spacious rooms and views, and an easy stroll to swim in the lake or catch the ferry to take us all round it.We all loved it.

Host molto simpatico e disponibile, alloggio molto carino e pulito. Nelle vicinanze c’è tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno (birrerie, ristorante, supermercato, parchetto per bambini) Ci ritorneremo!!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus am See sehr wohlgefühlt! Alles da was man benötigt. Man ist komplett für sich und hat seine Ruhe. Auch mit 1,5 jährigem Kind war es empfehlenswert! Diese Unterkunft werden wir uns merken und gerne wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt bei Birgit! Uns hat es so sehr gefallen, dass wir einen Tag länger als geplant geblieben sind. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön, sonnig, ruhig, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen braucht (sogar Milch, die uns über die Feiertage gerettet hat :). Der große Küchentisch lädt abends dazu ein, nach dem Abendessen Gesellschaftsspiele zu spielen. Die Ortschaft ist an sich klein, aber es sind nur 2 Stationen mit dem Zug bis nach Dießen, wo man gut essen kann. Man hat kurzen Weg zum See. Einfach empfehlenswert!

Our stay at the apartment was very comfortable. María and her husband went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect. There were a couple of small challenges at the beginning, like replacing the washing machine and water heater, but everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and with great care—everything is now brand new. The view from the window each morning is breathtaking, and we really enjoyed walking by the nearby lake. We were also kindly offered the use of their private bicycles and kayak, which added to the experience. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Eine wirklich traumhafte Unterkunft, in der man sich von Minute 1 an rundum wohl fühlt. Der Blick in die Natur, die Ruhe, die Lage leicht abseits vom Ort, umgeben von Bäumen… Absolut perfekt, wenn man mal abschalten will. In der Unterkunft findet man alles, was man braucht - aber eben auch nicht mehr. Es ist also sehr aufgeräumt und sauber. Das Appartment wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Betten sind wahnsinnig bequem, das Bad war kuschelig warm und groß - und dann eben dieser Ausblick! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und freue mich schon sehr darauf! Vielen Dank, dass ich euer Gast sein durfte ❤️

Great loft apartment. The people from the small village are very friendly. With countryside walks close by and a large variety of birds this location is amazing. The lake is approx 1km away and loads of waterside choices from ice cream to restaurants. I had a 4 week stay for business purposes, and except for the fact that I was missing my own home, I could have stayed longer. The only negative thing I would add is this. The fridge is in the same living space as the sleeping space and is quite noisy with the stop starting throughout the night. Thank you Stefan and Cornelia for a memorial experience.

Süße, kleine Ferienwohnung, alles da was man braucht. Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt! Die Begrüßung war mit Schokolade und einer netten Notiz sehr warmherzig (es ist ein flexibler Check-In mit Pincode an der Tür), alles ist liebevoll gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küchenausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend für eine Woche für 3 Personen. Die Couch als ausklappbares Bett ist eine gute Schlafmöglichkeit für eine dritte Person. Bad Waldsee ist eine nette Kleinstadt, die es sich auch gelohnt hat im Winter zu besuchen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Beautiful setting, well situated, away from any tourist traps or traffic (great opportunity to practice any German you may have :)!) It was perfect for our family. Host was very responsible and respectful.
