The entire 55 m² two-room apartment is located in a quiet side street between the town hall and the university hospital. The apartment is on the ground floor at the back of the house and is very quiet. The balcony is also on the quiet back side and has sun all day. The apartment has a new kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a storage room, a bright, a car parking space and spacious living room and a covered south-facing balcony. This invites you to relax, with a beautiful view of the courtyard. You do not pay a service fee when booking the apartment. I take over this for you.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
