Live directly on the Karl-Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. This is where the art scene "lives" (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property begins the so-called Neuseenland. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. Everything is no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl-Heine Canal. Currently, there are animals (including camels) on the Jahrtausendfeld, of course without guarantee. The apartment is separate from the house, quietly located, yet in the middle of it.

In a lovingly renovated, listed three-sided courtyard, the guest apartment is located in the upper part of the former stable building. Just a few steps out to the courtyard and you are in the middle of the countryside: in the beautiful Muldental, the landscape and various sights invite you to take long walks, bike tours and excursions. The village of Höfgen is located between Leipzig and Dresden and, with its listed half-timbered houses, is one of the most beautiful villages in Saxony.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small town with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, subs, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire surroundings from the Wörlitzer Gartenreich to the Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are also not far away. The new FOC outlet centre can be reached in 25 minutes.

Time out and relaxation in the south of Leipzig

The apartment covers about 35 m² and offers everything for everyday needs: - a fully furnished small kitchenette, - bathroom with shower and toilet (all-round renovation 2024), - free wifi, - Satellite TV (a total of 2 TVs - one in each room), - 2 bikes and so much more.

Apartment Oberfrohna (Auszeithof Niederfrohna)

You will stay in a modern duplex apartment on the 1st floor and DG with 55 m². In the attic there is a double bedroom (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a sofa bed. On the 1st floor there is a combined living room with sofa, armchair, kitchenette, dining area, shower room and a small hallway. A car parking space and a safe for valuables are also available. In the evening, the house bar invites you to self-service, and in the yard you can grill or relax by the campfire.

Lakeside house

This home can be booked from April to September. Small cozy, rustically furnished wooden house in the countryside, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Haselbach. The cabin is located directly on our property and we are therefore available at any time. Pets are not allowed, as we ourselves have 1 dog that runs free on the property. In just a 15-minute walk you can cool off in the lake in summer temperatures. You can also walk through forest and field.

Guest house in an idyllic village

Guest room in the idyllic village invites you to linger cozily, enjoy nothing to do and simply relax. Kleinrössen is located about 100 km south of Berlin - between Herzberg and Falkenberg. Dresden/Leipzig is also not far away. Falkenberg is very easy to reach by RE. It is also an attractive tour by bike (XXX/KR), e.g. via the Elbe Cycle Route. There is a beautiful surrounding area with good cycle paths, lakes and the Black Elster; in short: pure nature.

Stay stylishly in this centrally located property in the Häselburg Cultural Center in Gera. The guest rooms, which were completed in 2023, are located 200 m to the town hall and are well connected to the public transport.
