In the middle of the "artists' quarter" and overlooking the water

Live directly on the Karl-Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. This is where the art scene "lives" (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property begins the so-called Neuseenland. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. Everything is no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl-Heine Canal. Currently, there are animals (including camels) on the Jahrtausendfeld, of course without guarantee. The apartment is separate from the house, quietly located, yet in the middle of it.

Guest apartment on Dreiseithof in Höfgen near Grimma

In a lovingly renovated, listed three-sided courtyard, the guest apartment is located in the upper part of the former stable building. Just a few steps out to the courtyard and you are in the middle of the countryside: in the beautiful Muldental, the landscape and various sights invite you to take long walks, bike tours and excursions. The village of Höfgen is located between Leipzig and Dresden and, with its listed half-timbered houses, is one of the most beautiful villages in Saxony.

Small but nice -guard accommodation 1 close to the city

Separate living unit in the annex. Close to town and with roof terrace. Ideal accommodation for city travellers, concert or trade fair visitors. Nature enthusiasts can explore the Kanupark, Auenwald and Stadthafen, the Zoo and the Leipziger Seenplatte, among others. Good transport links to the city and the surrounding area. My accommodation is in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small town with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, subs, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire surroundings from the Wörlitzer Gartenreich to the Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are also not far away. The new FOC outlet centre can be reached in 25 minutes.

Lakeside house

This home can be booked from April to September. Small cozy, rustically furnished wooden house in the countryside, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Haselbach. The cabin is located directly on our property and we are therefore available at any time. Pets are not allowed, as we ourselves have 1 dog that runs free on the property. In just a 15-minute walk you can cool off in the lake in summer temperatures. You can also walk through forest and field.

Guest house in an idyllic village

Guest room in the idyllic village invites you to linger cozily, enjoy nothing to do and simply relax. Kleinrössen is located about 100 km south of Berlin - between Herzberg and Falkenberg. Dresden/Leipzig is also not far away. Falkenberg is very easy to reach by RE. It is also an attractive tour by bike (XXX/KR), e.g. via the Elbe Cycle Route. There is a beautiful surrounding area with good cycle paths, lakes and the Black Elster; in short: pure nature.
