It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hainer 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out from the remaining new "holiday cubes" due to the older cabin charm. Instead of standard veneer furniture from the bar, there is an individual decor, beautiful views of the jetty, fireplace, lots of stuff for children and fruit plants to harvest. A warm welcome dear guests, :) You will immediately feel at home in the apartment, with a feel-good guarantee. With a touch of African design you get a holiday feeling too. It's not a single room. You live alone, without anyone else (no shared apartment, roommates, other guests). Only 18 minutes by tram and 9 minutes by train from Leipzig Central Station. Bedding, pillows, duvets, hand and bath towels are of course available. I can also speak English. Just feel free to write in English.

The building is a former paper warehouse of a print shop and very nice to look at. There is a lot of light and despite downtown location, it is nice and quiet inside. From the centrally located accommodation, you are quickly in all the important places of the city. RedBull Arena and Quarterback Arena can be reached in minutes by tram, every lake in 20 minutes. The house is in the second row and has a little garden. It has a conservatory to sunbathe and rest as well.
