Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Beautiful quiet 2-room apartment 75 square meters in the countryside. Parking space right next to the entrance. Fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, oven, electric stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster. Bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, towel dryer, washing machine. Bedroom with 1.8 x 2.00 m box-spring bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers. Living room with 2 additional loungers (each 0.90 x 2.00 m), table with 4 chairs, TV, closet with various games/books. Terrace with umbrella and river view.

Vacation in the lake cottage "Vierwasser:" the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that your vacation heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind in the tiny house.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Whether by bike, on foot or by car, you can reach Lake Cospuden, Lake Markkleeberg and Lake Störmtal in a few minutes. The best way to get to downtown Leipzig is by S-Bahn [suburban train], which you can walk to in 5 minutes from your apartment. There is a bus to the Belantis Amusement Park or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.
