The cottage has 50 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of garden. It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hainer 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out from the remaining new "holiday cubes" due to the older cabin charm. Instead of standard veneer furniture from the bar, there is an individual decor, beautiful views of the jetty, fireplace, lots of stuff for children and fruit plants to harvest. It has everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The Elster Park, with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor area of Europe, is the largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit period. The bright 97sqm loft on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (orientation northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Corridor in front of the room. 6 min to the main station, 10 min to the market place (tram). House in the green, the lake, alpacas and camels almost at your doorstep, shopping is within walking distance (Rewe, DM, doctor, pharmacy, hairdresser) in 10 minutes. The garden invites you to relax.

Vacation in the lake cottage "Vierwasser:" the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that your vacation heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind in the tiny house.

If you stay in this centrally located accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact very close. Whether by bike, foot or car, you can reach the Cospudener, Markkleeberger and Störmtaler See in a few minutes. The city center of Leipzig is best to take the SBahn, which you can reach 5 minutes on foot from your apartment. For Leisure Park Belantis, there is a bus or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.
