En el piso se ubica la suite que dispone de una habitación, con baño incorporado. Cuenta con una habitación en suite con baño incluido. La cocina es abierta hacia el comedor-salón que dispone de una amplia mesa. El salón tiene un sofa de cheslon. Toda la estancia dispone de amplias vistas a la ría de Urdaibai, donde podréis observar la naturaleza desde dentro del hogar. Para disfrutar de vuestra estancia, la habitación da salida a un espacio con vistas al mar equipado con cocina, comedor y un salón que invita al descanso. El espectacular ventanal del salón cuenta con un toldo extensible que lo protege los días de mucho sol. Vuestro salón dispone de red wifi y televisión de 42 pulgadas con conexión a Netflix y a una amplia oferta deportiva. Ambas, disponen de amplios armarios con plancha y tabla de planchado. La cocina dispone de los siguientes electrodomésticos: frigorífico-congelador, lavavajillas, horno-microondas, placa de inducción con extractor y desayunero, además de los utensilios para preparar comidas. Además, para que durante vuestra estancia podáis disfrutar de las espectaculares vistas sobre el mar, vuestra suite dispone de una amplia terraza que la rodea. Esta cuenta con un set de comedor exterior y sillón para que vuestras veladas se alarguen en este entorno tan privilegiado. El jardín, teniendo de base las plantas y árboles autóctonos de la marisma de Urdaibai, sigue un paisajismo adaptado a la orografía del terreno. De manera que, en cualquier estación del año, podemos deleitarnos observando las plantas correspondientes a cada temporada. También, se puede disfrutar de la terraza general que cuenta con 4 tumbonas, una amplia sombrilla y un set de salón exterior. Además, existe otra terraza bajo una palmera que permite disfrutar del descanso. Adults Only, no permitiendo el acceso a personas menores de 18 años, lo cual responde al espiritu de Bustin-Baso, que pretende que los clientes encuentren un ambiente adulto que les permita relajarse, que ayude a las parejas a encontrar su espacio y que reine la tranquilidad. No se admiten mascotas. Tampoco se admiten fiestas para no alterar la convivencia con los vecinos, lo que no quiere decir que los clientes no puedan disfrutar de esta estancia.

The apartment is located in the old town of Lekeitio, 40 meters from the port and 200 meters from the town's main square. Isuntza beach is 300 meters away from apartment. You'll like it because it is collected and comfortable. It is very central, no cars allowed in the old town. Lekeitio is one of the few places recognized as "Slow city". The site is perfect for couples and families (with few children). There is a double bed and two small beds.

Big and bright house with sea views. Only 1 minute from the beach and it is 5 minutes from the downtown. It has a big kitchen-diner, a living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also has 2 terraces, one of those has sea views and the other mountain views. The parking space and Wifi access are included in the price. It is a very quiet and cozy house.
