Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. "Côté Lacs" welcomes you near the Cascades du Hérisson, in a warm and cozy wooden house, in the heart of the lakes region renamed "Little Scotland" to recharge your batteries with family or friends. In the middle of a natural site of 7 mid-mountain lakes, we put this larch and tree framework to discover this little piece of paradise. The nearby nature offers beautiful opportunities for walks in the forest. You will appreciate my place for the interior spaces, the cocoon, the tranquility. Spot wild dear, go skiing, hiking, take our snowshoes on an adventure, or simply come and relax in our wood powered hot-tub. The chalet is cozy and modern, open plan with a nice fire to sit by. It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.
