Chalet “mazot” dans un écrin de verdure avec petit jardin privatif et terrasse. Situé au coeur du parc naturel du Haut Jura et de la région des lacs, à 820 M d’altitude, le chalet est un havre de paix. Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Pets not allowed. Heating not included. New chalet located in the Upper Jura Regional Park, between lakes and mountains. Quiet on a private plot of 1004m2 unenclosed. Peace and quiet guaranteed in a real green setting 800 m from the Lac d 'Étival ( swimming, walking and fishing). In winter, you can enjoy the joys of cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and sled dogs in Prénovel ( 8 km ) , downhill skiing in Morbier (25 km) or Les Rousses (35 km). 3-star gite

Lovely cottage in the countryside - 4 people

Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

Your cocoon for 2 people is located on the 1st floor of my house. The entrance is well separated, you are totally independent. The nearby nature offers beautiful opportunities for walks in the forest. You will appreciate my place for the interior spaces, the cocoon, the tranquility. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers. I live there but no opposite, the entrance is separate and I am available for any information.

Ideal for a couple with a child (or two). For sports enthusiasts, the Via Rhôna is a few meters walk away.
