Lake Etival 1.5 KM away, shops 9 KM away (Clairvaux-les-Lacs), cross-country ski slopes 6 KM away, downhill ski slopes 30 minutes' drive away. Numerous walks or mountain biking to do from the chalet. Other activities include water sports, horseback riding, tree climbing, snowshoeing, sledding, all within 15 KM.

A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Between mountain and lake, our house is 5mn away from Aix les Bains city center, its lake and 20mn from the Nordic/Downhill Revard ski slopes. You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Small 40 m2 duplex cottage on our beautiful 4000 m2 property overlooking the Colombier and the Lac du Lit du Roi. A beautiful fully equipped terrace (table/ deckchairs), our sheep at the bottom of the garden, the calm and the proximity of Aix-les-Bains and Lake Bourget will allow you to have a pleasant stay. Ideal for a couple with a child (or two). For sports enthusiasts, the Via Rhôna is a few meters walk away.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Birds of prey and other birds can frequently be seen there, as well as large animals (deer, hinds) depending on the season. The chalet is not suitable for children or babies.
