Our newly equipped 1-room apartment is located in a family house in Leonberg's old town, centrally and quietly located. (not handicapped accessible) It offers short distances to public transport stops, with connections to the city center of Stuttgart, the airport/trade fair and the S-Bahn. Within walking distance are restaurants, bars, boutiques, butchers and bakers (with café), and an organic market. Guests with cars can use the "Altstadt" parking garage with a cheap daily rate!

Uns ist es sehr wichtig, dass es unseren Gästen, geschäftlich wie privat, an nichts fehlt und sie sich in unserem gepflegten Haus wohlfühlen. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.
