Beautiful services for this quality and well-equipped accommodation in a recent and secure residence. Everything comes together to have a good stay for young and old. Beach within walking distance (15/20min).

We had a lovely stay. We were three families, with three generations and we all had a lovely time. The swimming pool and having the beach within 10-15 minutes walk, was great. Helene, who managed our stay, was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect, very good weekend with friends, I recommend it.

What a beautiful home. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here for a week with our children. Bertrand was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We found everything we needed and the location was right next to a huge park, the journey into Nantes was easy and the airport 20 mins drive away. Very comfy beds, gorgeous pool area and we had everything we could need.

Very nice services with a swimming pool that is more than appreciable especially during hot periods. It was unfortunately very very hot during the heatwave, so we were forced to sleep with the windows open, which can be problematic for people with light sleep (Capfun campsite nearby and smell of salt marshes at times). That didn't stop us from having a great family stay, by the pool, and close to the beach and the city center. We recommend it.

We had a lovely week in the villa. Large clean and well-equipped house, very quiet area, garden not overlooked, exactly the sought-after setting for our family holidays. The garden is a haven of peace with all the essentials to enjoy (table and garden furniture, barbecue with charcoal provided, sunbeds...). The indoor/heated pool is a real plus that we enjoyed with the weather. The jacuzzi is very nice especially at night under the stars! There are local shops within a 5 minute drive (Coccimarket, bakery, tobacco) which can be convenient. Otherwise everything is about 15-20 minutes from the villa: shops (lidl, Leclerc) beach, butcher shop... Florent was very available throughout our stay, he was able to advise us some nice places to visit. We highly recommend this place and plan to go back! Thank you so much for a great week.

Very nice and very well-equipped house that enjoys a beautiful location, quiet and close to the beach.

The Maison des Genêts is ideally placed for those who want to discover the island by bike. Its location almost in the center of Yeu allows you to go to all the beaches in a short time and the calm found in the evening is very pleasant. The house is very large (10 beds possible in 4 bedrooms) and the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet is a real plus when returning from the beach. The decor is simple and stylish. Numerous and functional kitchen accessories. We had a great time with beautiful weather. Thanks!

Very nice house, nice furnishings, quiet location, very close to beach and restaurants. Host was very quick to respond. House was very clean. Off street parking for one car. Had amazing weather. All good. Recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend in Chantal's house a stone's throw from the sea,tastefully decorated, very well equipped, nothing is missing and very spacious, teenagers loved their space in the dormitory in the basement, the exteriors are very nice. Chantal is very responsive.

The Villa is really what you can call a "VILLA", everything is designed to make the most of the accommodation, everything is clean and new, my friends and I recommend this accommodation without moderation. Thank you very much and maybe see you next time in a warmer period when we can enjoy the pool.

Spacious and comfortable villa, very nice quiet and clean garden, unheated pool (so very cold water)amazing for this area, it was missing lighting, bedrooms: quality bedding, enough hot water for 9 people, Corinne is very welcoming

we spent Christmas week at Elodie's. The warm welcome and the many touches to make us feel at home (Christmas tree, chocolate, and an excellent local brioche) immediately helped us to unwind. The calm of the house and the walks in the neighboring state forest to get to the seaside completed an excellent week of rest and family fun!

We had a great time at this house with our friends and children. Everything went perfectly, from start to finish. The house is spacious, very well-equipped, and ideal for hosting families. The kids loved the outdoor space with the pool. We particularly enjoyed the calm and tranquility of the place. A big thank you to Guylène and Stéphane for your warm welcome and responsiveness throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant setting to meet with friends or family. We hope to have the opportunity to come back soon!

Sophie is a responsive, pleasant, and available host. The accommodation is impeccable and perfectly suited to a family. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to enjoy the Atlantic coast.

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

Very nice apartment. Well furnished ,the bed is comfortable and very nice decor. We had a great stay. Very friendly owners. We will be back with pleasure!!!

flexible check-in. as described. pool maintained and heated to 21 degrees for the weekend of November 11. it was very nice. all the cooking essentials, except a pancake stove 😉 for gourmet Bretons. the Franck and Frédérique concierge available and helpful. rental to recommend and we will come back but longer than a simple 3 day weekend.

Very good stay as a family in Noirmoutier, close to the beach and walking trails. The pool is a real plus.
