Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

The titmice's nest, near Walibi and ViaRhôna

Close to Ain and Savoy (40 km from Chambéry), the cottage is adjoining the owners' house and close to the amenities of the center of Avenières (10-minute walk). It is 2 km from Walibi Park and the Rhône and its bike paths, 7 km from the Chemin de Compostelle. Closed bike garage available. Possible access to the garden and the owners' small swimming pool subject to availability and proper functioning of the pool.
