Charming 3-star gîte with fireplace with a large flowery and wooded garden of 1200 m2. GR trails in front of the house, the gîte is conveniently located between ANGERS and SAUMUR. Come and make a bucolic stop in our beautiful 16th century gîte, fully restored with its exposed stones. It is located in a village on the banks of the Loire classified as a "village of character". From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. The pavilion, independent of my house, overlooks the Loire. It's great for a couple's getaway. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur). It is now equipped with mosquito nets... Welcome!

Old forge of the "Moulin de Palet", the gîte offers you a splendid setting in the heart of Anjou. A place bathed in the surrounding nature, you will be able to enjoy this 65 m² cottage by the river in complete tranquility. Our two horses will be your neighbours for the duration of your stay. Meals and breakfast possible on request. WIFI and bed linen provided. 5 min from the highway you can reach Angers, Saumur or La Flèche in 30 min.
