Le Petit Nid – a relaxing stay

A 200 year old cottage in a peaceful area offering modern/comfortable accommodation. The cottage has 1-bedroom plus a sofa bed (lounge) - sleeps 4, plus its own private garden front and rear and parking. The Gite is close to Bressuire / Parthenay and La Foret sur Sevre which has a restaurant, cafe, plus a beautiful Chateau with picnic area on the banks of the moat. Puy du Fou, Marais Poitevin or Pescalis ( International Fishing Lakes) all close by. Great for walks, Cycling ora mini-break

Beautiful house/loft with hot tub.

Ideally located in a quiet area and all shops and transport at the foot of the house. An industrial building completely renovated in 2016 with taste and love. 15 minutes drive from the airport and train station, 12/15 minutes from the city center and 25/30 from the island of Nantes (the island's machines etc) by transport (free on weekends!!!). You will enjoy the roof top terrace (barbecue and idleness) as well as the hot tub (5/6 people). Sheets and towels will be provided for light travel.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.
