The apartment was great - comfy bed (hard mattress as I love it), cozy living room with open kitchen and a bathroom with all that you need. Perfect for my two-month stay in Oviedo. It is not in the center, but not far from it, close to train and bus station. Beatriz was always available for questions, solved my problems quickly and also asked regularly about my well-being. Thank you for that! I am more than happy to recommend this apartment!

We stayed here with our cat for four months. From the first day, we felt at home. The apartment is close to the city center, but the environment is very quiet and peaceful. Public transportation and services are easily accessible. The facilities in the apartment are complete and very efficient. All the hosts are super friendly and helpful. The first thing I want to say is that Oviedo is one of the most charming cities I know. Then I have to say that both Angel and Aurora were always attentive to all our requirements, including asking the occasional upstairs neighbor to stop communicating in vivo in the early morning. Regarding the apartment is simple, comfortable in its equipment and very well heated. In addition, it is in a neighborhood with all the services - up to the used post office -, quiet and very close to downtown and public transport. It was a VERY GOOD experience.

I loved Nicolás' apartment and I felt right at home. Much better than in the photos. Nicolás is very kind, always very attentive, and responds very quickly to messages, and his father is also a charming man. I recommend Nicolás' apartment without a doubt. Everything was great 😁 and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at his house if I'm ever back in Oviedo. It was a great pleasure. Thank you very much Nicolás
