We are very happy with the stay spent in the rental. the accommodation is as described or we feel very good there. Very quiet environment. hosts are responsive when needed. Beautiful walks close to the marshes and the beach, a beautiful place to discover.

A very nice stay despite the bad weather. The living room is very nice for a tribe of 6 adults and 5 children. Special mention to the spacious and comfortable sofa and arcade terminal that allowed for wild parts. On the other hand, we all got along very well, we would have liked an unglazed door to close the master suite upstairs, to ensure a little privacy to shower or go to the toilet. 😊 But this is really the only very slight downside. The house is spacious and very well equipped and the beach is only a short walk away. Franck is very responsive and the check-in was smooth. In short, a very pleasant weekend.

We stayed here for 4 days for a wedding that was 5 minutes away. The space is new, helpful owners who are right next to the listing. The house is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and there is all the necessary equipment. I would recommend it

Very nice quality of the property, excellent location. Pleasant layout and very well-equipped place.

Very nice house out of sight, quiet. Beach 2 min walk to watch the sunset and kites (festival in April). The coastal path leads to Chatelaillon. The house is very clean, functional. The ter that passes behind the house doesn't bother. We don't see the railway and the noise only lasts a few seconds when a ter passes. We slept well. The bedding is comfortable. Everything nearby in minutes by car.

The house was really perfect. Very comfortable and complete. Located 5 min walk from the sea. Close to town. 5 min by bike. We loved the garden as well. Big and lots of trees with a nice hottub and jeux de boules area. We love to come back next year!

We strongly recommend this little nest to rest. Feel a bit like home, it's sober and relaxing. Have a strong invitation to spend a few days there, personally I would go back!

A very nice house, ideal for a weekend getaway. Well-equipped, very comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness. The spa is blocked at 30°C maximum but it is still very pleasant. The managers were very nice. Checkout at 10 a.m. on Sunday, a little early to be able to enjoy the last day of the weekend. Thanks for hosting us!

Thanks again, we had a great time at this beautiful home ideally located on the island! The shops and Cheray market are all within a 5–10 min walk, and beautiful beaches are easily accessible by bike nearby. We had a lovely family stay at Kevin's place. The hot tub was a little extra for a relaxing moment at the end of the day. Beach and center of St Palais within walking distance of the house. I would this property.

The family home is very nice, very spacious and very well-equipped. Had a particularly comfortable family time. Patrice is ultra responsive. The house with these different spaces allowed a weekend without being on top of each other. I'll rent this house again next time an event requires it. We were a group of 20 people, adults and children found their account. The accommodation is well designed with a central living room that is the pool house where everyone met for convivial moments. Amenities are in number (billiards, ping pong table, foosball, trampoline, sauna, jacuzzi, "cinema" room...). Other rooms allow for quieter moments for those who want to. The villa is peaceful in the middle of nature and close by car to the beach, city center, shops and train station. We highly recommend this place for large groups with friends and family to have fun and create memories.
