Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Gîte with private hot tub 500 m from MARGAUX

Refurbished 150 m2 cottage in the Medoc with private spa (which operates year-round). Garden behind the house facing south and fully fenced 450 m2 with large barbecue in outdoor fireplace + garage + parking in front of the house. It consists of a dining room, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, 2 toilets, garage, TV, Wi-Fi. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in a small, very quiet hamlet near Saint Laurent Médoc in the heart of the Médoc forest. We welcome you to a 1730 stone house with lots of charm. Composed of two bedrooms upstairs, a very spacious master bedroom with shower room! On the ground floor an entrance, toilet, shower, cellar, fully equipped kitchen dining room. Jacuzzi is available as an extra and upon reservation!

Loft with a hot tub and sauna

Beautiful loft-style house 180 m2. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.
