Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and property. There are over 2 miles of hiking trails, a 2-acre pond for fishing and a big wrap around deck to enjoy. Birds and wildlife are abundant and the fall colors are spectacular. This is your opportunity to relax and unwind in your own private paradise.

This refurbished 2-story farmhouse sits at the base of a hill on the outskirts of the small village of Canaseraga. Our 200+ acre farm is quiet and secluded, with beautiful views of the stars at night and many walking trails. Please enjoy nature and the quiet, serene lush settings. The house is sanitized & provides a nice getaway & a work from home environment. Additional guests (over 2) are charged $35 per guest per night. No parties allowed. The house has sulfur water which smells.

Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life.
