Neptune street, walking distance from restaurants, local boutiques and convenience coming home for a quiet peacefull outstanding space. The apartament is well decorated with a bohochic design .A perfect combination where either choosing being inside or out you will be comfortable in peace. The outside area has a deck with a gorgeous view of the ocean, you can drink what you like is always 5 a clock some where sunrises sunsets!

Being just a short walk (about 10 mins) to the beach and a quick drive to the village, our location makes for a perfect SoCal vacation. Our large front deck has lots of seating and a gas fire pit to enjoy the sunset after a fun day at the beach. The Beach is open!! The amazing, large 2 Bed 2 bath town home, has an ocean view and is 40 feet from the Beacon's Beach Access. Its large private fenced front yard is perfect for families and approved pets. The entire building has two town homes. One is upstairs and the this home is downstairs. The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town with restaurants within one block. We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet.
