Mariet and Gerrit lovely couple - the best hosts of airbnb! They were very helpful- helped us immediately when our car could not start and also helped to arrange a friend automechanic in the village. Thank you, It was a pleasure!

Lovely apartment with very good decor, high quality kitchen area and great views from the large balcony. New park with everything you need, technically modern with very polite and helpful people. Humphrey's is a good restaurant, there are other good addresses in Thorn. The surrounding area is great for walking, biking, water sports, sightseeing and shopping. You're in Holland, almost everything works without much trouble and people are nice :)

We thank Leon and Marleen for a lovely quiet and relaxing stay. Our little dog Ruby-Romee also enjoyed the ultrarooled fenced garden. The accommodation is also fire and sparkling clean and everything is completely available. For aspiring guests who check out this site and are looking for a quiet and spacious apartment with lovely large outdoor space and certainly the ones that are accompanied by their sweet dog(you) this is a no-brainer for all parties. The support and guidance by Leon and Marleen is extremely friendly,accommodating and megatop.. I had a wonderful one-month stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and very well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the neighbors were all very friendly and respectful. What really made the experience exceptional was the host – they were incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Communication was easy and smooth throughout the entire stay. I’ve just moved to the Netherlands, and I couldn’t think of a better first home here. It truly made my transition smoother and more comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free stay!🧡

Really nice place to stay

Spacious, nicely furnished apartment. Very nice hosts. Everything you need is available. For warm days there is a patio with seating. Lidl and AH practically around the corner. Idyllic area and great nature. The Efteling amusement park is less than an hour away and beautiful. All in all we had a great time with Arie and Mariëtte and Mariëtte are very happy to come back! We stayed two nights in this cottage and it was great! The farmhouse is spacious, clean, cozy and equipped with every comfort. On arrival we were also surprised with a bowl of fresh fruit and eggs – small effort, great fun! The farm shop on site is top, as is the view of the goats and donkeys (yes, we were sold). Good to know: during the day there is quite a bit of people to the farm shop. We didn't find it disturbing, but if you're looking for complete silence in the middle of no man's land, this is something to keep in mind. Very nice welcome with a bowl of fresh fruit and eggs, which immediately set the tone. We have enjoyed it!

Excellent guesthouse in a nice quiet location, near the Maas. There were several cottages on site. The house we rented had a private garden that was well screened. The courtyard was shared with everyone and there were some children's bikes. In the house itself, everything was very clean. There was plenty of space, plenty of equipment also in the kitchen. Too bad the piano didn't work (some keys broken and it was completely false!) In addition, it is also unfortunate that the hot tub in the garden is not included but that this is payable separately in cash.

Very nice stay, with a very nice apartment & garden

The property is super comfy and very well appointed. You could still move the HutTub outside for the ambience, but otherwise everything is very nice. Baarlo is certainly not Amsterdam, but you should not have the expectation when you book there. For our men's weekend, the house was so well equipped and provided so much space that we didn't miss any additional activities. We would come back.

Ambron's house was literally amazing. Everything was clean and tidy as described. There was a very basic check-in system. The location of the house was also calm and quiet. If I stay in this area again, I would definitely prefer the home of the ambron again.

The four of us stayed there for a week with friends and felt very comfortable. The third bedroom served as a suitcase parking space and other things you don't need every day, as the bedrooms are unfortunately a bit small, but cozy and nicely decorated. The living and dining areas, on the other hand, offer a lot of space, especially the dining table is great for eating together and hosting game evenings. We particularly enjoyed the fenced property, as we traveled with a dog and didn't have to worry that he could leave. It is a super nice environment and a very calm area.
