Since 2004 we have opened our 19th-century Ligurian house in the hills to offer a spacious and bright private room, overlooking the Gulf of Poets with garden and small pool. FREE WIFI and private street parking. From 1/06 to 31/08 stay MIN 3 NIGHTS. Exceptions for work. From 8:30 am to 9:30 am we offer sweet or savory breakfast, without lactose and/or gluten free for the AFC network of the Italian Celiac Association. The breakfast served by us has a fee of € 8 per person.

You will be welcomed into our home, in the center of Levanto, overlooking the sea, you will not need a car for your vacation. We renovated the family home where we moved to live to make it comfortable, we tried to keep the original architecture as much as possible, adding eco-sustainable comforts and using ecological materials where possible, in harmony with our way of seeing and living. You will live in our home, but your privacy is guaranteed.

Welcome to room 403, thanks for paying attention to our listing!:) We are located in Piazza Saint Bon in La Spezia less than a two-minute walk from the "La Spezia Centrale" train station, so it is an ideal location for all lovers of the Cinque Terre. We rent out rooms in the middle of the historic center of Monterosso, historical building (1773)the name of my place is L 'Antica Terrazza. The room is equipped with one single bed(140x190), air-con, tv, wi-fi, and en-suite bathroom and a small private balcony. Breakfast is not included, but can be added upon arrival. €15 per pers. In the month of October we do not offer breakfast.
