Apartment located on floor T of a building of very recent construction, in the heart of Levanto. It is equipped with air conditioning, independent heating and Wi-Fi. Included in the price is private parking, located just two minutes walk from the apartment. Very convenient location both to reach the beach (2 min walk) and the train station (5 min walk). Bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets all around, quickly reachable on foot for every need.

An outdoor terrace features artificial grass and a large umbrella for shade. Two lounge chairs and a single chair are placed beside a wooden railing, providing views of the hills and coastline below.

Our appartment is located at the beggining of the Vara Valley, this little valley is located in countryside in a quite and small villagge called Bracelli, 30 min away (by car) from one of the most famous village of Cinque Terre, Monterosso al Mare.
