I live right next to the two apartments that I rent, I am happy to share my beloved apartments with humans from all over the world, but you must be aware that I am not a tourist agency, I am not a hotel, I am not a tourism entrepreneur, I am just a simple inhabitant of Manarola, a kind of hermit. At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep or eat, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic sea view.

Apartment in a spectacular location with exceptional views over the marine protected area of Portofino. Beautifull equipped accomodation recently built. One room with kitchenette, double bed sofa and bathroom. Stunning sea view. The apartment is independent from the main house. However guests have the advantage of being able to share a large mediterranean garden with a barbecue area. The apartment is situated in a no-traffica area and can be reached by a five minutes walk. The apartment, recently renovated, is located in one of the most fascinating points of the area that overlooks the town. The terrace gives an amazing 180° view and during winter it is possible to enjoy the view of the illuminated Nativity scene of Manarola from an exclusive and quiet position. Rent a nice apartment in Monterosso al Mare, Cinque Terre, province of La Spezia. The "Seagull" apartment is organized for me and my brother and their respective families, so it is nice, cheerful, simple; there are many windows, it is very ventilated as it covers three sides of the building. My mother prefers to rent it to quiet couples, but it is really organized for four people: three people, couple and child or friend, it is an optimal accommodation.
