Our small family farm is conveniently located 10 minutes from Interstates 81/64 and historic Lexington, Virginia. The Tipi has amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and all the wonders our little farm and community has to offers. We are convenient to many local attractions like hiking, swimming, brewery and vineyard tours and yet secluded enough to heal your stress, enjoy time with your family or simply a special time away from the grind. Guest House in the Valley

Our guest house is only a few minutes away from Historic Lexington. The house has one master bedroom with a king size bed. We have a fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer, and full bathroom. We are also close to the Appalachian Trail, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Virginia Military Institute, Washington and Lee University, and the Virginia Horse Center. The house provides great views and a place to relax either on the back porch, the front deck, or a walk through the surrounding area.

This cozy ( small bedroom) two-room suite is located near everything in Lexington. While not huge, it has many lovely amenities, including Netflx and Discovery+, a private bathroom with shower and supplies, a super comfortable queen bed, and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy sitting on the porch overlooking the lawns of W & L and VMI! You will have one private parking spot. You can readily walk to the W&L or VMI campus (across the street!).
