Equipped with a coffee machine, induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, washing machine. No microwave, whose harmful effects on health are well known. Linen, mattress, French manufacture. Double bed, made locally. Blackout blinds in the living room and blackout curtain installed in the bedroom. Late check-in possible, lockbox.

Apartment in the heart of the historic center

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle, close to the town hall and the central market, on one of the shopping streets that is lively during the day, but quiet in the evening and at night. It is an ideal base for visiting the city or for business reasons, a 10-minute walk to the train station if you come by train. The apartment is a 42 m2 two-room, just renovated, on the second floor of an old building. We follow Covid cleaning guidelines.

The beach is a 3-minute walk away, Paid parking, 2-minute walk to harbor, the 3 Tours are very close and the aquarium too. Downtown on foot too. La Coursive is 50 metres away. Rue des Remparts may be paid ⛔️

"La Halte Océane" The studio is ideally located in the city center, between the train station and the Vieux-Port. It is located in a 3-star hotel residence with a year-round heated pool.
