A few steps from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as a "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.

Located in the town of L'Houmeau, 10 minutes by car from downtown La Rochelle and 5 minutes from the Île de Ré bridge. The planes pass over the La Rochelle/Île de Ré area and not over L'Houmeau city center/beach. It's a very sought-after neighborhood :).
