A very nice and cool apartment in walking distance of the beach. The apartment has a very nice garden and is surrounded by pine trees, creating a very pleasant shade. The inside of the appartement is nicely done 70’s style and has sufficient room for our family of four (2 young children).

I highly recommend the accommodation. The communication with Robert was excellent and allowed us to check in early as we arrived in the morning. The space is clean and equipped with everything you need. There is a supermarket in front of the house as many restaurants and other businesses. The sandy reptile is about 3 minutes away by foot. Thanks for a great vacation.

The bright apartment was very clean, it smelled super good when we came in. There are two elevators in the house, so you didn't have to wait long. A very central location, with the best restaurants right nearby. Beach also great to reach on foot even with infants. Roberto is a very kind and reliable companion. The value for money is mega! We got more than expected. We will be happy to come back.

We loved staying at this apartment. Excellent view, good breeze in the evening and close to the beach. Hosts were excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy. Confortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and everything is just like the pictures. Allows for a perfect vacation in Cesenatico.

It is a beautiful penthouse with a very large roof terrace incl. Ocean view where you can end the evening perfectly. The beach is only a few minutes walk away, should you decide instead of on of the roof terrace prefer to lie by the sea. What we noticed particularly positively is the contact with the Hosts. We always got quick and good answers to our questions. We will be happy to come back here.
