Marco's apartment is very welcoming and equipped with everything you need. Below the house there are many free parking lots, and with a walk of about 20 minutes you get to the center, through the beautiful Theodoric Park. Definitely recommend!

i stayed in the apartment for 2 nights with my girlfriend, and we fell so in love with the house and the area until we extended for another night. That said, I highly recommend to those who want to experience a quiet weekend to consider the location and quality of the structure.

Review: I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment with my family, located in a really exceptional location, a short walk from the sea and in the heart of the city. The apartment is very nice,equipped with all the necessary linens and kitchen accessories, making the stay extremely comfortable. Cinzia, the owner, was very helpful and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect for us. Pets are also welcome, and they feel comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing and pleasant family holiday!

We are very happy to be staying with Marco. We rented a two-room apartment with a kitchen. Very good location, very close to train station and bus stop, close to church, beach, restaurant, shop. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very clean, kitchen equipped, linens, towels available. Everything was consistent with the description. Very good communication with the host, clear and accurate instructions. Lovely and spacious apartment in Ravenna! Easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. Francesco left us little breakfast foods and other thoughtful touches, and provided great local recommendations. Everything was very comfortable, and the view is just stunning! Wish I could have had more days to have coffee out on the balcony. Would recommend!

We were in Ravenna for New Year's Eve. My friends and I had a good time. We really appreciated being able to stay longer than the scheduled check-out time. Luca and Daila also offered us a nice welcome bottle.

Structure very close to the center, easily accessible by car . The host provided me with specific parking directions and responded promptly every time I contacted them. The house is clean, comfortable, equipped with every comfort. The outdoor area is beautiful and great for enjoying a good breakfast outdoors. a great experience, I recommend this solution to everyone.

Good place, location and price

Everything’s fine. Only problem was the mosquito, I think is normal in this time of year.

Tiziana was an impeccable host, communication was very simple and always marked by great availability. The house is perfect, with everything you need and in a quiet and quiet spot, perfect for a family (especially the gated courtyard and the condominium lawn, my girls loved it). You can walk to the sea and pine forest in a couple of minutes. We will definitely be back!

The space is small but cozy, extremely clean, and has all the necessary amenities. Mirko was very helpful and kind.

We stayed in 6 in Maria Antonietta's apartment, we were very comfortable, and above all we had a great time, Antonietta is very friendly, nice, friendly and kind, she treated us like friends always.. However... the accommodation is in a GREAT location, you can reach the historic center of Ravenna on foot in about 3 minutes, the apartment does not have a parking space but 5 meters away there is a huge parking lot where you can park in complete tranquility.

Incredibly great and modern apartment with 2 balconies, 2 TVs and a well-equipped and modern kitchen! It looks just as beautiful as in the pictures and is close to the beach. It was clean, the wifi always worked well and everything else was to our satisfaction. Also the check-in worked smoothly and independently through an electronic door lock with QR code (for example, we arrived late at night and it was no problem at all). Above all Marco is very friendly and incredibly helpful, was always there if we had any questions and recommended us good restaurants and excursions and even reserved for us and inquired. Gladly again and highly recommended!
