Everything about this place was convenient and perfect (the place, the location, the cleanliness and the communication with the host). We wish we spent more time here!

The house is quietly located almost directly on the sea only about 10 min away from very nice beach coves with sandy beach, also only about 35 min walk from the center of Monopoli - or 5 min by car. Beautiful bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, large outdoor area by lemon and olive trees. Very nice hostess. Definitely recommend. We had 7 very nice days there. Monopoli is a very lively port city with an enchanting old town and also an interesting cultural offer (e.g. PhEST Photo Festival).

What a fabulous 4 night stay in Romano’s house. Location was perfect, so central we didn’t have a car and everything was an easy short walk away. The house was perfect and clean, with everything you need for your stay. The roof terrace was a great bonus! Romano was a super host great communicater and gave easy instructions for check in. I would definitely recommend a stay 😊.

Beautiful loft in a peaceful olive grove: independent access, high-end appliances, excellent bedding, spacious and modern bathroom, bucolic outdoor area and everything was impeccably clean! Chiara and Giovanni are caring hosts (upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find two bottles of water, a bottle of wine, cupcakes, everything you need for breakfast and dishwasher tablets). They also provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants. In one word: EXCEPTIONAL!
