This house is in a good location; surprisingly quiet for Venice. There is plenty of room, including a good terrace. Everything in the house works. This was our third stay, and we will book again.

Great place with a green and peaceful surroundings, suitable for relaxation and safe for kids to play in the center of a small village. It is a good starting point for daily trips to towns in the region or hills that are just 20 km or so away. And don’t miss the greatest ice cream just across the bridge and delicious pasticeria around the corner. Host gave us a lot of very good ideas and suggestions, she was very responsive and extremely nice. Supermarket, pizzeria and a nice osteria are also very close to the place. Our family highly recommends this place and we will be back.

I was in Venice with my two kids and their grandma, and the house was perfect both for staying in as well as exploring the city. The location is very convenient and central. The house is spacious, offering lots of room for kids to play, and adults to rest. Only the toilet/bathroom was quite small, making it a little bit inconvenient for four persons, especially since there is only one. But that was a minor inconvenience that does not change how at home we were able to feel here! Thank you again for having us, we enjoyed it very much!

We, a couple with a dog, had a beautiful stay at Villa Anna in the beginning of september We enjoyed some calm and relaxing beach days there. Diegos mother welcomed us really kind and she was a very caring host and were always happy to help. The location of the house is great, the area is quite but also near enough to walk to the center of lignano pineta with all the restaurants and little shops. The house has everything you need for a lovely stay. We would love to come back someday.

Very good stay . The apartment is true to the photos with a rather dark first level and a nice floor. The apartment is very well located, away from the ultra center, quiet, with all services very close (bakery, convenience store, bars, restaurants, vaporettos stops...). Indeed, the apartment suited us because it has all the essential equipment and we did not spend much time during the day . Thank you for this stay see you soon maybe ☺️

All was really, really perfect: big house in silent street in pedestrian area. Various beaches to choose from. Kastania beach at Sky bar was our favorite. Marija's meticulous descriprion of check-in and parking place is very helpful. It all contributes to a wonderful holiday week in Novigrad!

It was great staying at Sabina’s place. We felt at home and were extremely satisfied with the inside and the outside of the house. Sabina and Loredana spoilt our kids with attention and sweets. The house is perfect for families with small kids (ours are 5 years old, 2 years old and 9 months). Sabina kindly provided the crib and the high chair. The place is just a walk away from the sandy beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable apartment, perfect for a couple and two guests. It's also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us! The swimming pool was a great way to start our mornings with a refreshing swim. The property features a small garden with parking space for one car and direct access to the main room, adding to the convenience. The location is ideal, a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and very close to Jesolo's main boulevard, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and vibrant nightlife. Marta and her mom were incredibly kind and always available to assist us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to explore and enjoy the beautiful Lido di Jesolo!

Cozy and clean townhouse in a good location (3 min to the beach). Perfect for 3 couples, each having a floor of their own. Friendly and responsive host. All we needed for a great vacay 😊

Had a wonderful couple of nights at Ines house, fantastic position for exploring Venice, Ines was a great host and couldn’t do enough for us helping us with travel advice. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, if and when we go back I will certainly stay there again. I will also be recommending the property and Ines to friends.

The property is in the middle of an old village center with winding streets and picturesque viewpoints in the surroundings with the sea and islands. In front of the house you can sit directly on the street and try to understand the old village feeling. Everything you need is within walking distance (beach,shopping, playground, park, pub/ bar, harbor) The house was super equipped, at most a real couch/ seating to rest in the evening we would have liked. Wi-Fi fit. In the house itself is a steep irregular staircase to the bedrooms, the parking space is, depending on the season, 100- 300 m away and the streets are - historically grown - steep and uneven, so I find the house rather unsuitable for smaller children or people with walking disabilities. We have the autumnl. Enjoyed tranquility in Vrsar and just loved the historic charm, which has been well connected to the modern style of the decor. It was perfect for us.

This is a marvellous place to stay when on Lido. It is located right next to the Excelcior hotel. Gloria is a friendly host and helpful. It is a comfortable apartment right next to the beaches and local shops. It is near the main road with regular buses to town to the vaporetti to Venice. The island is walkable and you can easily walk to and from the place to get to things in the locality. One of the best features is acess to a high rooftop terrace and an amazing panoramic view. Venice and the entire lagoon can be seen and it is not to be missed.

Luca was very kind, he contacted us before our arrival, he provided us with detailed instructions on how to get there and what to do, he was discreet in respecting our spaces and our times, but also pleasant in exchanging a chat. We'll be happy to come back next time. Thanks Luca!

Mrs. Marina was always aware of my check-in process. She provided me the airport pickup service, which I value a lot, because it helped me a lot to get to her home early and be able to rest. Your accommodation is in a safe and quiet area. It is very comfortable and beautiful. Her husband transported me several times, which greatly facilitated my travels. They, they behaved wonderfully and made me feel right at home. Thank you to Mrs. and her husband Visma for being so kind, generous and not excellent hosts. I highly recommend them. See you soon!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable visit. What made this experience exceptional was the warm hospitality of our hosts – they were always available for anything we needed and went above and beyond by providing breakfast, something we've never experienced before on Airbnb. The breakfast had a real homemade touch and made us feel genuinely cared for. We also had the pleasure of meeting their lovely four-legged friends, which made us feel even more at home. We truly appreciated all the effort and kindness. Highly recommended!

Marinko is a very helpful host who greets you kindly and shows the area and gives recommendations. We unexpectedly had to change our plans, but Marinko was very human and courteous. A great place, simple and clean and highly recommended due to the location.

The newly renovated house is very well located (to the beach, to the shopping mall). It has three bedrooms, each with two double beds, which was very important for our family. The complex's swimming pool is right next to the house. The kids were able to go swimming while we were preparing the food. The washing machine is practical and especially the balcony next to the upper bathroom, where you can hang the laundry to dry. Nicole was very nice and flexible. Verde mare is also beautiful. A complex by the sea with sun loungers, parasols and a pool. Nicole also organized this for us. We were lucky that the house was available on such short notice.

Pamela was the most amazing host we have had yet! She met us at the station walked us there. Gave us a tour or the place made sure we were comfortable in every way. The place was spotless! Handy to all, a market, restaurants, and shopping. We fell inlove with Venice. It was hard to leave we hope to return and stay with Pamela again.

Thomas was helpful, communicated on a level and resolved any issue quickly. The apartment is part of a quiet residence, further from mass tourism, despite the attractiveness of Lido di Jesolo, we were not under the pressure of tourists. We had a wonderful family vacation, we rolled by the beach and visited Venice, which are extremely close. In the house it was possible to barbecue and bathe in the residential pool, German cleanliness ruled everywhere. There was yoga practice on the deck and the amenities were great. Paola is a great host, nice lady, accommodating, quick to respond to our needs. The place is very nice, in an amazing location. Everything went smoothly, we'd love to come back.

The house is a bit secluded from the hustle and bustle, but that's exactly what we wanted. By car, you can reach the harbor in Novigrad in 5 minutes, where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The house has everything you need. And if something is missing or you need more (such as toilet paper😅) or recommendations for good food, then Vlado responds very quickly via the app. The pool was our highlight. Nice and refreshing. Illuminated in the evening and nice and large. There are two small cottages next to each other with a total of 3 neatly large beds in slightly smaller rooms. There's not much space, but we spent the least amount of time in the house. 😊 Pro: Washing machine with short wash cycle 😅 What could be better: the ants were sometimes very annoying & maybe a small night light for the rooms ☺️ We would come back any time, especially since we really found the peace we wanted! 💕 Thanks to you dear Vlado and your wife
