Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. Close to University Hospital, Campus, Modern Comfort, and shops, and 20 min walk to the centre SOPGYN

We will be delighted to host you in our carefully made home. The apartment, is located on the garden level of our main house with independent entrance/ terrace and parking. You can breathe and enjoy the view of the surrounding nature, the countryside in the city. Fully equipped for 4 people with a double bedroom (bed 150) and a sofa bed (140). It is located in Saint Benoit, 10 min from the CHU, 10 min from the city center of Poitiers and 20 minutes from the Futuroscope.

House in the process of home staging: some small work to be completed in the kitchen. I offer you a timeless break, in this charming garden level. Another cottage, Le Sixties, is located in another part of the house. The entrance is common, but the 2 accommodations are totally independent. Parking for 1 car just in front of the house. I offer breakfast delivery for an additional fee (€7.50/person/day). In-person check-in, self check-in after 8 p.m.

A bread and pastry vending machine is in front of the house.
