Holiday rentals with a balcony in Ligurian Sea

Very well-kept and in a strategic position both in terms of beaches and Carnival. Friendly and helpful host. Amenities and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for a sea time or Carnival

We found the apartment well cleaned, modern and well-stocked decor (blankets, extra pillows,..). USB sockets, large, functional bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need, also well furnished. There are two balconies, both of which can be eaten outside. There is a "lounge" area and two sun loungers on the terrace overlooking the sea. You can't help but feel on vacation. Ideal location for those who want to be not in the center, very quiet and the view is simply magnificent. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the beach (both free beach and the possibility of renting sunbeds/umbrellas) and in about 15 minutes you can reach Procchio 8ristoranti/bar/grocery store). We were four adults, the spaces were functional. There are covered parking lots. Definitely recommended!

We spent a very successful week here and "arrived" from the first moment. Communication was top notch. The immediate view from the balcony to the sea is just amazing. Although there are many cute places right outside the front door, every night it took us to the same place directly 50m outside the door. It was just delicious. Great location to the beach and lots of shops. Clean and perfect for a short stay

This was a perfect apartment and Vassil was a perfect host. The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring Nice and the Riviera. A 10 minute walk into Nice, 2 mins to a bus stop and 15 mins to Nice Riquier station with frequent trains to Antibes, Monaco and beyond. The apartment was clean, bright, well equipped with super comfortable beds and couches. Vassil made everything easy, with fantastic recommendations and even taking the time to explain the local transport system. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back.

Our vacation in Mauro's apartment was just great! He took great care of us and our concerns and questions, from arrival to stay to checkout. He explained everything to us in detail and gave us many tips and even provided a crib, high chair and stool on his own initiative. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description and the photos, was clean, tidy and very spacious. More than enough for us as a family of five. The kitchen incl. refrigerator is well equipped, the dining table and living area spacious and pleasantly furnished. The bedrooms and beds were more than sufficient in size. In front of each living room there was a balcony, which we could use little due to the weather except for the view and to hang laundry. The bathroom was clean with shower, large vanity and even a washing machine. The apartment is located almost directly on the beach and you can reach everything!

Excellent stay. The welcome is warm and the setting really pleasant. Ideal for resting in peace and enjoying a deckchair after visiting the busier tourist areas. The train station and the city center are within walking distance without difficulty (provided you can walk 30 minutes at a quiet pace). Recommended.

Excellent cottage, the owners are very welcoming and very nice, the sea view is better than in the photos, the place benefits from a micro-climate hence this green vegetation paradise with birdsong . We really had a wonderful stay. The host welcomed us incredibly warmly and immediately recorded an entire plan for things to do and hidden gems. The kitchen is really WELL equipped. The only small drawback, the mattresses are unfortunately very saggy and you should ventilate a lot, as it is very humid in the lower room due to the shower. Still, this place is HIGHLY recommended !! It was great

Very welcoming host and clean accommodation with fenced garden ideal for our dog. Perfect location for Cinque Terre and Pisa The house is spacious ideal for large families Quite quiet even if in this spring the maintenance of the hedges and lawns was done around 8 a.m. I would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay here - it was beautiful, cosy and comfortable with the most amazing views. Note there is no wifi but I used my phone to hotspot from and it wasn’t a problem at all. We loved it, planning to come back.
