Lovely place, feels like home and a decent grill!

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

There were four of us for a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior furnishings are simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and a supermarket. We used the heating in the evening given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season period. Very responsive and helpful host.

Wonderful accommodation – Clear recommendation! My stay at Francesca's place was just great! The apartment was not only clean and cozy, but also equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Francesca was a wonderful host – warm, helpful and always available if you had a question. I am very grateful that I was allowed to stay here and felt completely comfortable. We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. Glad to come back!

Anna is a really adorable ,discreet and very welcoming host. The house is very clean, nickel linens and towels. We found on arrival full of small touches, chocolate, buns, cookies and other necessities for cooking, thank you so much for all this 🤩🤩 We did not really enjoy the small garden because the house sits at the foot of a very busy and frankly very noisy expressway. That didn't stop us from enjoying our stay to the fullest, our goal was to visit this beautiful area 🌸🌸🌸

We loved our stay in Pascals rooftop apartment. It was at the top of 100 steps but it was so worth the climb. Very light and airy and a fabulous balcony where we ate breakfast. Very clean and well appointed. Quiet over night and so close to the beach and many shops, the daily market and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in Fabio's apartment from April 17 to 22. When we arrived there was the co-host Cyril who was very kind and available as also the other co-host Laure who gave us several information to help us better discover and appreciate Antibes. We had a great time together! The apartment is as in the description and in the photos: clean, tidy and very bright. There's a great view! It's easy to walk to the beaches of Juan le Pins in about 5 minutes and there is an Intermarché very close by. In addition, it is the ideal place for those who like us have children because there are very close play areas. Very recommended accommodation. We'll be happy to go back!

Brand new, modern, very spacious apartment. Extremely clean and comfortable. In a peaceful (no traffic noice) but convenient location with a nice view of the boats from the terrace.

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

Inna was a wonderful host! She was incredibly communicative with us and met us upon arrival to give us a tour of the space. The apartment was exactly as described in photos and was the perfect sanctuary during my work trip at Cannes. There was plenty of space (I had my family with me) for each of us and I really appreciated having working AC in all rooms. Shops and restaurants were very close by - I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. This studio facing the sea is a jewel, very well-equipped and cozy, Wendy made sure we lacked nothing! I would recommend it without hesitation!

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

A perfect stay in Nice! The house is located on a beautiful hill with a magnificent view, quiet, ideal for relaxing. The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. A big thank you to my host, extremely kind, warm and always available. Everything is easily accessible by bus or walking, as long as you are comfortable with walking. Would definitely stay again!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Absolutely perfect accommodation. Furniture, decor, cleanliness, best of the best! We enjoyed staying there and we will be delighted to come back.
