This is the perfect base for couples and families with children who would like to explore the South. With a short distance to the city center, sea and forest you can go down for a morning bath or run a walk in the woods, before picking up a croissant for breakfast in beautiful Lillesand city center. With only 5 minutes walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and parks, 500 meters to the beach and swab, 1 km to hiking areas in the forest and 15 minutes drive to the Zoo and Badeland, everything is set for real southern idyll.

Modern and attractive apartment with nice sun conditions and a cozy outdoor area. Støle is located on a peninsula about 7 km from the city centre. Nice swimming opportunities at Støle brygge located close by. At the apartment you will find garden furniture in front where you can relax. Perfect if you wish to enjoy a coffee cup, read or spend time outside. The apartment is about 25 min away from Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret by car. Want to rent to quiet and proper people. Some work is being done in the area of pdd.

Rural apartment, only 20 minutes to the zoo!

Do you love animals and rural life? Going on vacation or business trip? Here you literally live with animals as the closest neighbor. Newly renovated basement is rented out with everything you need. Perfect for families with small children going to the zoo (20 min), or for those who just want to enjoy life in the countryside. Here, your shoulders slow down with birds chirping and hops. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, but it is also possible for children/youth to sleep on the sofa in the living room.

Høvåg/Blindleia near Dyreparken

Fully furnished garage loft (32 sqm) rented at Kvannes in Høvåg. The property is idyllically close to the seaside. Bathing and fishing spots, hiking areas etc are only a few minutes of walking away. Blindleia is 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage loft has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes daybed with good mattresses (sleeps 2). Max 6 persons.

Cozy apartment with only 12 min walk to the center of Lillesand -150 meters to the sea and 300 meters to fresh water with swimming opportunities. -Imple proximity to Tingsaker camping with jumping pillow and playground! Here you will find to a lovely sandy beach! -Lillesand center with what you slow down of shops, 5 min walk. -Kristiansand zoo is about 15 min by car away. -Kristiansand is about 25 minutes by car.

Modern apartment in quiet area

The apartment is located in a quiet area. There is good parking at the entrance area in addition to the carport. It takes 5 minutes by car to Birkeland city center . There you will find bakery, grocery shops, pharmacy, etc. Birkeland is known for its great hiking trails for the whole family. Salmon fishing in the Tovdalselva river is also possible in season. It takes 20 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo by car, 14 minutes to the southern village of Lillesand and 31 minutes to Kristiansand.

Family-friendly apartment of 125 sqm on two floors centrally located in the center of Birkeland. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, loft living room, kitchen, hallway and balcony. 100 meters to large playground with climbing frame, swings and more. 250 meters to the nearest grocery store. 500 meters to the prepared, public swimming area in fresh water. 20 minute drive to Dyreparken, 15 minutes to Lillesand City Centre and 30 minutes to Kristiansand City Centre.

Cozy apartment in Homborsund! Close to the zoo.

The apartment is part of the 1floor of the existing residential house with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, a private bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a sofa bed. It also has its own secluded outdoor dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and is suitable for 2 children, for example. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks to hire. Wifi in the apartment.

Family-friendly apartment near the beach and small town life

The house is located close to the sea and it is only a five-minute walk to the finest beaches in Grimstad. Walking distance to the city centre (1.7 km). The university is behind the house. The area is quiet most of the year, but it is teeming with life and holiday guests here in the summer. 135 square meters, with lawn and planting outside. Little traffic and the Miljøgaten goes from the house to the bathing beaches and the city center. Safe for children.

Very charming and practical apartment in idyllic Lillesand city center. Perfect for up to 2 couples or a family of up to 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet, historic and beautiful street in the upper part of the city center, just 2 minutes walk to the marina and the city's shopping street with small shops. The zoo is 12 minutes by car from Lillesand and 25 minutes from Kristiansand.
