The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Quiet accommodation with balcony and green courtyard. Bus stop (2 min), supermarket (5 min), city park, zoo, Sachsenring and Chemnitz easily accessible. Restaurants, billiard bistro, packing station and post office within walking distance. Bicycle can be parked under cover, parking in side street. Small house over 2 floors with plenty of space to relax. In summer, even storks can be observed – nature included.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
