Separated from the market square only by the front building, you enter the loft via an inner courtyard. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 160 cm wide. When pulled out, the sofa in the living room becomes an additional, comfortable 140-cm-wide bed.

The beautiful new apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and parking space are available. The kitchen has a stove with oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Linen and towels are provided.
